George Doherty
CFO
George Doherty has over 20 years of financial management experience as well as an extensive background in SEC compliance and reporting, mergers and acquisitions and managing company growth. George came to AgaMatrix from GSI Group where he served for over eight years in various financial management positions most recently as the Corporate Controller. GSI is a publicly-held supplier of lasers, precision motion components and laser manufacturing systems with revenues of over $300 million. Prior to GSI he worked for a number of companies, including public, private, and venture-backed early stage enterprises. George is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
